BH&W agrees to participate in alternative dispute resolution with consumers in accordance with the German Act on Alternative Dispute Resolution in Consumer Matters (VSBG) in the event of disputes in connection with a legal advice relationship.
According to this, a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) is entitled to call upon the consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the VSBG for the purpose of conducting arbitration proceedings if he or she has previously addressed the complaint to BH&W.
