2. Data that we process to enable us to provide the website and to create log files

Every time content on the website is accessed, data that may allow identification are temporarily stored. The following data will be collected:

g. Right to data portability

The collection of data for the provision of the website and the storage of data in log files is essential for the operation of the website. This collection and storage is therefore not based on consent under Art. 6(1)a GDPR or on a contract under Art. 6(1)b GDPR, but is justified under Art. 6(1)f GDPR. The requirements of Art. 20 (1) of the GDPR are therefore not met in this respect.
II. Your right to object in accordance with Art. 21(1) GDPR
